We had a fantastic time exploring Venice, especially visiting the Grand Canal. The hotel was perfectly located, allowing us easy access to all attractions. Our room had a lovely view of the canal, which was a delight for my grandson. The breakfast was a nice touch, too.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms were a bit cramped for our large family. It would be great if families with children had larger accommodations available.

Perfect for couples looking for romance
The staff was incredibly helpful, they even walked us to a nearby restaurant when we couldn't find it on our own! Our room overlooked the canal and every morning we woke up to the sight of gondolas being prepared for the day, it was beautiful.

The location is truly unbeatable. Just steps away from the main square, you can sit outside enjoy the gondolas coming and going while sipping a drink. Also, the breakfast gave me gluten-free options which was a pleasant surprise, never had such care before.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience felt worth it.

Perfectly Venice
This place has such a cozy vibe with canals just outside your window. The room was stylish, with a comfy bed and dark curtains for a great sleep. The breakfast was delish with fresh fruit and croissants, but the dining area can get really cramped. A bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker.

Charming Experience in the Heart of Venice
Our corner room offered stunning canal views, making breakfast a delight. The wood-paneled walls added character, and the cleanliness impressed us. Perfectly located near Piazza San Marco, explore the nearby cafes for delicious local cuisine. Pro tip, opt for a room with a balcony for an unbeatable experience!

The view from our room was breathtaking—waking up to the sights and sounds of Venice was magical. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
However, the pillows were uncomfortably firm, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, breakfast options were quite limited.

The ambiance in the hotel was delightful, but it
was also a bit noisy at times, especially during the evening with the gondolas nearby. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was charming and cozy. The private taxi service was a fantastic bonus.

An Enchanting Stay in Venice
Our stay was a dream come true! Watching gondoliers from our little balcony was magical. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Michael, who went above and beyond with delicious late-night snacks. Pro tip, use a water taxi for a stunning arrival and departure experience!

You absolutely can't beat the location near St Mark's Square! The staff were a delight, always smiling and ready to help. Plus, the stunning views from the lobby balcony made sipping wine while watching the gondolas glide by an unforgettable experience.
However, the room promised as 'superior' felt more like a hidden gem best left unpolished. Scratchy furniture and a shabby entrance made it hard to feel like we splurged on a four-star escape.

can't wait to go back
The location is perfect just steps from St Mark's Square. Our Classic Double Room had air conditioning, a minibar, flat-screen TV, and stunning canal views from the window where we could watch gondolas pass by. Breakfast featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. Staff were attentive and the whole place was clean and well-kept.

The location offered easy access to many attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Rooms featured charming, nostalgic decor, and heated towel racks added a touch of comfort after showers. Unfortunately, the service at check-in was lacking, with one staff member displaying rudeness. Additionally, the room was not as clean as expected and had an unpleasant odor that dampened the experience.
